A few months ago a lady referred to as the workplace to say that she thought her husband was cheating. She told us that it all began some months ago. A new woman had started at her husband’s workplace. Considering that she started he started staying late and going on business nights out. He gave her a story about it being his duty as a manager to make sure she got the hang of her job. Before this woman began he had by no means worked late or gone in at the weekends. Our client also told us that her husband had lost some weight and was starting to wear smarter clothes to function as well as wearing aftershave when he has a beard.
We talked our client through the whole scenario. We had dates and times of telephone calls and text messages. None of the messages exactly where anything other than perform related but our client was sure one thing was going on - women’s intuition. She wanted us to follow her husband from perform to see what he was up to. She wanted two sessions of six hours over a week. We said we would follow him from function and catch him on video and in photographs.
We decided to follow the target on a Tuesday and Thursday night. He left work at the usual time on each nights and headed off towards the local pub. He met up having a couple of other folks from function, including the target woman and they sat about drinking. Individuals began to leave after a couple of rounds of drinks. The only folks from the work place were our two targets. As soon as everyone else had left they got just a little closer touching each and every other’s legs and smiling at one another. They left as soon as they had finished their drinks. We followed them and they ended up at her address. There was some kissing and cuddling on the doorstep and then they went in. He stayed at the home for about an hour after which went home.
We had video and photographs from each days and we compiled a report that we gave to our client. She was satisfied we had enough evidence and she went to see a solicitor.
